Babies & Kids Magnesium Bedtime Lotion

We all know how important magnesium is and how we should all be supplementing this vital mineral - including our kids! I formulated this relaxing, lightweight lotion to help your little one settle, calm their body & mind, and get them ready for sleep. It can also help ease growing pains! It is gentle on sensitive skin, and made with 100% grass fed & finished beef tallow that leaves their skin soft and moisturized. Kid tested and approved by my two little boys who both have sensitive skin. My oldest son's sleeping patterns have drastically improved since incorporating magnesium into our nightly bedtime routine- and us parents know getting a good nights sleep is pure bliss!

This lotion comes in an 8oz amber glass pump bottle, and is available unscented or lightly scented with a calming organic essential oil blend that can help your child relax even more. I do not use (or recommend) lavender for children, as studies have shown that lavender can disrupt hormones in boys. The 'kids sleep' blend I formulated contains roman chamomile, mandarin orange, blue tansy, and vanilla. It smells FANTASTIC and both kids and parents love it!

Directions for use:

• Massage a quarter-sized amount to the calves & bottom of each foot before bed. Use every night for maximum benefits; may take up to 2 weeks for improved sleep results if your child has low magnesium levels.
