Magnesium is a vital mineral required by your body to function properly, and if you experience stress, headaches, muscle aches, and poor sleep on a regular basis- it could be a sign your body is not getting enough of this essential mineral. The best & quickest way to replenish your magnesium levels is transdermal - absorption through the skin!

Available in a 4oz amber glass spray bottle, either unscented or with added organic essential oils. I only use organic, steam distilled therapeutic grade essential oils below the recommended skin-safe percentages.

Scents available:
▪ Vanilla: has a light & sweet vanilla scent, made with organic vanilla oleoresin. Every person who enjoys classic vanilla scents have told me this smells amazing. It is a best-seller!
▪ Lavender: a tranquil, classic lavender that isn’t overwhelming – organic lavender essential oil.
▪ Sweet Orange: bright, fresh, & slightly sweet- smells like freshly squeezed oranges with a hint of vanilla – organic sweet orange essential oil & organic vanilla oleoresin.
▪ Patchouli: the rich, earthy, musky fragrance you would expect – made with organic patchouli essential oil.
▪ Rosemary Mint: perfectly herbaceous with minty notes– a blend of organic rosemary & peppermint essential oils.


Directions for use:
  • Spray onto the bottom of your feet every day (this is the best and quickest way to absorb it), or spray your entire body paying particular attention to any sore muscle areas. Let air dry for best results.
  • For headaches/migraines: Spray Magnesium Magic onto your palm, then rub onto your forehead, temples and back of your neck. Do not spray directly onto your face. Avoid your eyes & mouth.
  • For stomach aches/intestinal upset/constipation: spray onto your lower stomach area.
  • Please note: Because of the high magnesium content, tingly/itchy sensation may occur if you are magnesium deficient. Start with only using it on your feet, and then gradually work up to spraying it on your body.
  • For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, open wounds, genitalia, or freshly shaved skin. If irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use.
